Installation & Operation
Photo Kube is a compact, modern digital take on the traditional photo booth. Guests use it to capture photos and short video moments inside the venue, while venues use it to capture valuable permission-based guest data that supports their marketing.
Guests begin by entering their mobile phone number. A short countdown follows, during which a short video moment is recorded before the photo is captured. The guest then receives a link on their phone where they can view and download their media.
Photo Kube is compact and designed to fit easily into hospitality environments. The device measures approximately 480mm wide, 420mm high, and 100mm deep, allowing it to be installed in areas where traditional photo booths would be impractical.
Photo Kube is typically installed in visible, high-traffic areas such as entrances, near bars, around dance floors, or other areas where guests naturally gather.
Photo Kube is installed by mounting the device to a wall using the supplied bracket and connecting it to power and internet.
Installation is straightforward and typically takes around 15 minutes.
All Photo Kube devices maintain secure remote connectivity, allowing most issues to be diagnosed and resolved remotely. If a problem cannot be resolved remotely, the device can be replaced quickly to minimise downtime.
Marketing & Guest Data
Photo Kube collects contact information entered by guests during the session, which at a minimum is a mobile phone number. The system can also capture demographic information such as approximate age and gender automatically during the session.
Additional information may later be provided by the guest when interacting with the landing page used to access their media. With the guest's permission, this data can be used by the venue for marketing purposes.
Yes. Venues can send marketing messages to their contacts through The Bridge, which is the Photo Kube management portal.
Messages can be sent either as broadcasts to filtered contact lists or as automated follow-up messages triggered by guest activity.
Yes. One of the key benefits of Photo Kube is that venues can communicate directly with people who have already visited. This allows venues to promote upcoming events, special nights, and offers to an audience that already knows the venue.
Yes. SMS messaging is built directly into the platform, allowing venues to communicate with their audience through direct mobile messaging.
Yes. Photo Kube is designed to comply with GDPR and other relevant data protection regulations. Guests are asked for consent before receiving marketing communications and can opt out at any time.
Yes. Guests can request that their data be removed from the system, and venues can process these requests through the management portal in accordance with data protection regulations.
